#Phonar2016

My final module of my 2nd year is called Photography and Narrative – #Phonar. Phonar was set up by past lecturer at Coventry University, Jonathan Worth and current lecturer, Matt Johnston. It is an online photography class, available to anyone in the world. #Phonar arose from this University course, which Worth then expanded into Phonar Nation.

“The goal is for you to begin to read and understand pictures, and then to use them to tell powerful stories.”

#Phonar is about exploring, understanding, challenging, interrupting and creating.

This module at Coventry University is run by Gemma-Rose Turnbull and Matt Johnston run over the course of 5 weeks.

From this module, I hope to gain a strengthened ability to read and interrupt images and creatively and innovatively respond to these.

  1. I’ve been surfing online more than three hours these days, but I by
no means discovered any interesting article like yours.
It is pretty value enough for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made excellent
content as you probably did, the internet shall be much more helpful
    than ever before.
